Description

The entrance lobby for the high-end club situated along the picturesque waterfront of Shanghai needed to be redesigned with a low budget but in a contemporary, attractive style, without modifying the original elements of the buildings. I chose wood panels attached to the ground and ceiling with different length pins covered in brown suede to create a 3D pattern on the walls of the reception area. The logo is cutout from a rose coloured alumiunium panel while the old balustrades are covered in white acrylic and lit from the inside.
