Description

The site is located in a protected
area of Bucharest, among buildings belonging to various periods and various architectural styles. The area is situated between the historical centre of Bucharest and the North Train Station. The  character of the area is mostly residential, but also includes an universitary campus and 3 high-schools. 



​The proposed architecture follows the lines and the registers of the neighbouring buildings adding a contemporary yet simple touch to the playful variety of the existing street line.
